Project start times vary with back log of clients before you. Typically weather doesn’t create any more than
2 week completion delays. Time estimates for house restoration have the greatest chance of variation. We are
making educated guesses. Until we open up the house we can’t see the actual condition. On occasion there
is more or less damage than anticipated which changes time estimates accordingly.

How Much?
Cost per square foot is impossible to calculate and is potentially mis-leading with the wide variations in our projects.
In general, our average Composite deck with Composite Rails, with some house restoration (which occurs
about 99% of the time) are designed to accommodate 90% population use. This type of deck usually includes three
primary attributes. One, a dining table and chairs for six. Two, a grill. Three, a conversational lounge seating group
for four with room for four other stacking or folding chairs. Projects like this range from $10,000-$15,000.
You may want to add a cover, wind or privacy screens, lighting, sound, fire pit or planters, an outdoor kitchen, bar, spa, or heating; prices range from $15,000 up. After we have developed design criteria and completed a design schematic we can accurately estimate your project cost.
